Need Help 98 honda civic lx
When i brought the car it ran good for about a week then it started to bog. Then i got it fix and ran good for another week then it happened again. Now the car bogs when it starts up, but recently it haven't start up it only cranks. The things I changed spark plugs, helicoils for two cylinders, spark plug wires, fuel filter, fuel pump, ignition coil, thermal for fan that cools off the motor, oil change and that's all I could think of. Been spending a lot of money.

That absolutely sounds like a bad alternator. Check here for the part --->

Should be pretty inexpensive.

So I brought the OBD2 scanner and scanned it, no codes came up. I also used starting fluid and sprayed where the air sensor is and still only cranks. I checked if there was fuel pressure by untightening the screw on the fuel rail and fuel sprayed out.

Alright so I did not check anything but yesterday I just cranked the car like 3 times and it started up so what would be the problem now?

When I have an issue getting a fuel injected cart to start and I know I have fuel spark and compression, I start looking at things that the ECU looks for in initial start up. IAT sensor and coolant temperature sensors. 2 sensors that aren't known for breaking but I recently replaced the coolant temp sensor on my 02 CRV. As odd as that may sound, your ECU gets a reading from the coolant sensor to determine how warm the engine is and then decides how much fuel to send to the injectors. The problem with my CRV was, the ECU thought the engine was at operating temperature even after it was sitting in the cold for hours so it was staying in closed loop which causes it to not get enough fuel at startup.
Not saying it's your problem but worth looking into. I did not have a check engine light.

What is the mileage on the car? You said you replaced the plugs.. what condition were they in? If they were black or oily it could be the piston rings going out. You can try using restore (oil additive) as a temporary fix if any of those symptoms occured.
