Default fix you problemo

I think the ecu is you problem because back in the day I had done the same swap and when I drove it it was fine with a crx si ecu or a ZC (best choice) ecu, but for some reason when I plugged in my boy's 91 Teg ecu I would not rev past like 2800 rpm so thats what I think (couldnt hurt to get the right ecu for the swap)
good luck man I hope this helps (if not It could be your timing)

Your dumping too much fuel with that PR4 ecu. Find the one for that motor, try to find a PM7 or a PM8 ecu.

Here is one on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

2 people already told you the problem, one guy actually had the exact same problem as you and he fixed it. Maybe follow his advice?

Code 16 is fuel injectors. Have you verified that your injectors are spraying properly? And I would also suggest using a PM6, PG7 or PM7 ECU. A PM8 will work as well, but good luck finding one.

Also, if you don't have an injector resistor, you'll need to get one of those too.
