Default ABS connectors/ computer

My ABS stopped working long ago, and I dislike the thought of dead weight and clutter.
Don't have the time/ money right now to swap out with non-abs brake parts, so I was wondering if it'd be ok if I just disconnected the orange connectors in the bay and wheel wells and tuck em away, as well as remove the ABS computer. Yay or nay?

The ABS systems do have a failsafe, so if they are not plugged in then it just functions like a normal brake system. You will have a problem with the ABS bulb on the dash illuminating so its probably best to remove that as well.
