I have a can of fix-a-flat that fits neatly inside the left rear strut cover on the inside of the wheelwell. Can be inserted/removed with a rear strut bar too.

i was thinking something like a run flat spary?
Also, remember that once a tire has a flat (eg. nail), it'll never perform like its new brethen without compromising safety.

I would never use spray to seal the puncture... those stuff make your tire go way out of balance.

however, just use these things to get you to a place where you can get a new tire... they're definately not a replacement for a spare tire, and i don't recommend you remove your spare, unless you're @ the track. there are too many morons on the roads throwing trash out their car, not securing their truck beds, and accidents on the road, and unfortunately, sometimes these people kick up nails or leave jagged debris everywhere.

any of those "fix a flat" things will get you where you need to go. And I actually never replaced my tire after using it and its been working fine ever since and does not feel out of balance at all. so i dunno
