It looks like the EVAP solenoid. If you are still running OBD2, I would leave it alone. Otherwise, you can remove the whole system.

yeah i think its that its connected to a canister with 2 nipples coming out of it! im not running obd2 anymore!

Yeah, that would be the charcoal canister. You can remove everything up to the firewall if you want.

Yeah, you can remove the canister and the lines going to it.
