Out of no where my power windows stopped working. I checked all my fuses and wiring in the doors and found no shorts. What else is there to look for?? Thanks for any helpful input.

Maybe a freak accident and both window motors fucked up at the same time?

It could be an issue with the switch for the power windows. They both have to be connected and operational for the windows to work.

 

I unhooke dthem to repaint the moldings or whatever they're called and hooked everything back up and then the windows stopped working. They worked b4 I unhooked but no wires cut or anything.

 

It could be a bad connection. Check the plugs again. If you still have issues, it is time to pull out the volt meter and check continuity and switch function.

 

is your window lock on?

That would take care of the passenger side.. but the driver side works anyways, right?

Reset your ECU the window Vtec Controller may have an error...
