Still searching for info...
So, now I still need to know if an H23A1 and an H23A non vtec are the same. If not, can someone list some differences please? Also will an H23A1 timing belt work on an H23A non vtec motor.

Well, the code 'H23A' is for a VTEC engine. If you mean is any H23 DOHC non-VTEC the same as an H23A1 then yeah...as long as it's a H or F series with 2 cams without VTEC it's the same stuff.
