Which a/c compressor? Please help a girl out, 110 degrees here and NO a/c!
Ok, so my 91 hf came with a sanden, we swapped the engine with a d15b vtec that now has a matsushita. So I now have sanden hoses/lines with a matsu compressor. I have read that if your engine came with a matsu that a sanden will not bolt up. is this true? Basically I need to know what to do. Either somehow find matsu hoses to match the current compressor, or get a sanden to match my hoses (if it bolts). Thanks so much for any help, I am melting over here.
Im not 100% sure about it bolting up, ive always swapped brackets when i switched engines so even tho im on my 3rd motor i just transfered the old bracket to the new enigine to use my matsu comp. But i know for a fact the lines dont bolt up there orientation is completly different.
If it was me i would pull the old bracket off, and use the old compressor. Other wise you gonna have to change you high pressure line and your suction line.

x2, if your old compressor worked. Otherwise you can get a new Sanden compressor or new Matsu flex lines.
