Ok so I am new to the honda world and I have a 91 HF crx with a B16a, skunk 2 stage 2 cams Vtec controller, and the other basic mods. I am having a problem with my rev limiter kicking in at 7100rpm......now the battery has been disconected and also died on the car, I am not sure if that could have reset the the controller and making the limiter come down to 7100rpm. I am not sure, has anybody had this problem b4? Should I take the controller out and see if that makes a difference?

ummm it is a JDM b16 ecu also i have a auto b16 ecu but that is making the car run to rich
