Default installing an aftermarket fuel rail and pressure regulator

I am installing an AEM fuel rail on my Type R engine that has a GSR head installed on it. What is the procedure for this install? Are there any special tips I need to keep in mind?

I'd start the car, pull the fuel pump fuse and let it run until it stalls (this ensures that there's no residual fuel pressure in the system), then turn the key off, disconnect the battery.

The rest is easy. Just put a towel, or rags under the fuel rail to catch any residual fuel and proceed to take it apart..no biggie. Maybe a half hour job. Be careful with the injector o-rings, might want to lube them with a bit of motor oil to keep them from tearing.

and make sure when you replace the injectors that the o-rings are still seated properly. i've seen it where people haven't put them back in properly and they fire fuel everyone around inside the engine bay

I've never done the hole pulling the fuel fuse I just break loose the line to the fuel filter and let it sitto relieve pressure in the line, the gas will evaporate anyways

Make sure and purchase new seals where the fuel feed line connects to the rail. On top of that, make sure they are installed correctly, if not, you can have a mess in your engine bay.
