A friend gave me a set of type r specific H&R sports after he got teins.
I currently have hr race on my gsr. Wanted to know how much
gap I will have after I swap. The race springs are a little too low for my taste.
If anyone can post some pics I would appriciate it, if not please describe.

I've H&R, it's not too low:

 

That's pretty low, IMO.
The Eibach springs I got from zygspeed are the best.
Close to stock ITR ride height, and much better in the turns!

 

its about 1.3 inches lower than stock, and the spring rate is improved over stock by about 150%. imho lower COG is better. its not too low. ... just careful on hills
