What pistons are you planning to use?

A 2.25 exhaust and cheap *** header will kill the power you are wanting to make.

throw your b16 manifold away. get at least an itr or skunk2 pro series. as for throttle body there are alot out there but if you want good and cheap i'd say professional products 65 or 68mm. p30 pistons or p73. i see a header on ebay right now they claim its made by hytech. 400 shipped. if not then get pro fab. now im pretty sure you can break 200 with that.

Bad idea, get a chipped/socketed obd1 ecu.

i just got done getting my ls/vtec motor fully built, sleaved, 85mm bore, 12.1 comp pistons, ITR tranny, S200 hondata, Skunk2 pro1 cams and S2 pro cam gears, 1mm over sized intake valves, Crower rods ......and the list gose on i put down 198 hp and 157 tq, the only thing im lacking is a better header and a bigger TB. trust me its not that easy to make 200 hp out of a lsvtec, i do have a spare ITR intake mani i can part with for a good deal if your interested. but best of luck to you and your build.
