i searched and found of few but none give good info.

i have a full cat back 3'' exhaust. from downpipe to muffler.
it sounds kindda farty, but im not sure if i should install a second resonator or just get a longer one???

i currently have a magnaflow 3'' in-out muffler. it's not too loud, i just want the tone to be a little deeper.

would i loose noticeable power with an extra resonator?

resonators don't affect flow much, if you want to deepen it and quiet it down a little more either option will do it.

how long is the resonator now?

 

i believe its about 12''

 

just get a 24 or 26" one as it will be easier to install, only have to cut the b pipe a little more and weld it up

 

im getting ready to put in a resonator cuz my da's got a bad case of the farts. we'll both cross our fingers a resonator will do the trick
