Default gsr sk2 trouble

i have a 94 swap gsr.....recently i put in sk2 stg1 shaft, no knocking sound after installment.....everything works fine no trouble.....got UO pulley, fuel rail, stg 3 clutch, sk2 stg1 shaft....the cars weaker with the shaft, does it mean i need valve springs and a chipped ecu....with the stock shaft its more powerfull....also used timing gun to time it...any suggestions

valve springs arent necessary as long as you keep the stock redline, but be sure to get it tuned.

You need a chipped ecu or something to tune it. Also some cam "shaft" gears would be a good idea too...
