Tanabe Touring Medallion
Anyone know of a more quiet exhaust than the Tanabe Touring Medallion for a 99 si? I also want an exhaust with the smallest tip I can find. So far the Tanabe exhaust proclaims to be only 93decibels and only had a 100mm tip (like 4in).
Anyone know how good or bad they sound?

Apexi WS2, RS*R ExMag are probably the 2 quietest ones out there. the RS*R one is a little less flashy and looks more stock due to its black color.

I checked out the RS*R and I like the looks of the mat black fnish a lot. It doesnt mention the tip size though
I really hate gaudy mufflers (over 4in)!Next question, anyone on here own a RS*R ExMag exhaust and have a picture of it on their car?.... i know thats a long shot, but thanks guys

The RS*R's tip is not big whatsoever. If anything, it's probably smaller than the WS2. Go search youtube and you can see and hear them on cars.

I do have the factory cat, BUT one of the reasons for getting an exhaust is to be able to purchase a test pipe. Ive been getting a cat defficiency below threshold code and its either a bad O2 or bad cat. If i find out its a bad cat I'm going to purchase an exhaust and test pipe w/ the bung of course. thanks guys
