Default Oil Filter Killer

Hey guys, new to the site here but I have an issue that I'm stumped on and was seeing if anyone else has ran into this or had a similar issue.

I rebuilt my k20a3 for fun and for a NA car on CorSportUSA's team. Everything runs good except that after a little while of driving and letting the car cool, when I would restart it up it would start knocking in the valve train and then once oil pressure was built it would be gone. I found out that somehow I'm blowing the anti drain diaphragm in my oil filters. I started with an OEM one and that died in less than a day, then tried a Mobil1, heck that died in less than an hour. Now I'm running a Hamp oil filter, today is the third day and it finally was killed and is letting all the oil drain back.

My pressure when cold if driving will be 80-95psi, which I thought was really high. After heated up all the way it stays around 80psi over 3k and once at full throttle from 5k to 7600 it will climb to about 85. At Idle cold is will read at 80, then drop to 26-38 when heated.

I'm at a loss here now, my roommate and I are both techs and now were both confused techs, ha! If any of you have any idea let me know I could really use the help. Oh and I'm still running the a3 pump as I was too poor to afford the a2 at time of the rebuild.

The parts I installed on the rebuild were Skunk2 Stage 2 cams, Skunk2 HC Valves, Skunk2 Valvesprings and retainers, JE 10.8:1 Pistons.

That's what I was wondering is if I was running too high of pressure. Does anyone have an oil pressure gauge in there ep at all? And if so can you tell me what you run for pressure.
