sorry for the shitty pic, its from my phone..but uhh it is bolted onto the dizzy cap. i was just wondering cuz ive changed the cap/rotor, plugs, wires and still cant figure this **** out...idk
Im thinking that it was maybe something from the dizzy giving the problems listed in the thread he posted. Un unplugged solenoid wouldn't cause a bouncy idle or any of the other problems he listed right?
well i guess i kinda described it wrong so ill try again..when i start the car cold everything seems to be running normal..if i drive it across town or let it idle for 5-10 min and then turn it off...then when i start it back up it is hard to start..after i get it started back up it idles really low..like 4-5 hundred rpm...then ill rev it up and its seems to idle at the right rpms and the it will like miss...and every now and then the rpms will die down and be at almost 0 rpm and then it will sound like it wants to die..then it will sorta catch itself and the rpms will go back up...it will do this a few times and eventually die.
