Default new parts on the way!!!

this post is pretty much useless but im pretty excited so i figured id tell anybody who gives a **** hah. just ordered my dcrh and esmm's off crsx. I currently have ingalls torque damper and injen cai. Im trying to do things right the first time with my 05 rsx-s and not buy cheap **** and replace it 50 times like i did with my previous car. I know i coulda gone with toda or something but thats a little out of my price range. I still need to run to autozone and pick up a couple defoulers. Man im pretty excited. When i first got my cold air i noticed a little difference in performance but not much. I noticed a huge difference in sound. Im hoping this race header will register some serious #'s on the butt dyno and on a regular dyno. One thing i regret is not getting any baseline pulls done before i started modding. O well. Im hoping with just a race header and cold air ill be close to 200 whp. Thanks for reading this useless post!!

P.S. Next on the mod list is to ditch the lowering springs and get full coilovers. Was thinking about going with Ksport seeing as that i can get them from a member on h-t for 699 shipped full set brand new all day!!

the o2 closest to the b-pipe gets the defouler. the other one measures a/f and only gets screwed right into the header itself.

So, you didnt want to buy cheap things, but you bought DCRH.

wtf is really going on here. There are thousands of people who vouch for DC headers and they seem to perform great and now they are all of a sudden in the cheap **** catagory? for expletive sake

don't worry about it
be happy with your purchase
i think my dcrh is a great product for the price

granted that i am going to upgrade to either ssr or bc but i'll recommend the dc to anyone thats looking for the best price:gain ratio

you can always sell it when you have the money to upgrade
congrats on the purchase

well your going to need to get k-pro for that race header because its going to lean out your z1 without a tune

not worried about it. Ive done plenty of research and its perfectly fine to run a cai and rh with stock exhaust and no kpro.

Granted it will run more lean due to the fact that im adding power without a tune...but not dangerously lean. After all our cars come running pig rich from the factory.

eh, dont get the K-Sport. They are excellent for dampening but they are bad crap for ride comfort.
