overheating
Long story short. I took a 150 mile drive to orlando from the st pete area and back. On my way for about 30-40 minutes it was stop and go traffic. Im driving a 1997 Honda accord with only a CAI.
So about 25-30 minutes of stop and go traffic i notice my heating gauge going up slowly but surely, Im like okay its just beacuse of the stop and go stop go. Well its getting pretty high by now so i turn my AC off and i drove home the rest of the way sweating my *** off.
Now I get home and i pop my hood, i turn the AC back on and there it is, I think. When you turn your AC the two radiator fans normallly come on to cool the car down. well only one fan comes on. is this normal? i let it sit for a few minutes it never came on. If it is broken can i replace just the single fan or do i need to replace both or the whole thing. How hard is it?
One more thing, while in orlando my passenger door window broke, where can i pick up a motor for something like that. i looked on google but im not sure to trust it.
What a great trip right? hahah

check the relay for the fan that is not turning on. if you can run the fan straight to battery and it runs, it's most likely your relay or wiring. replacing the relay for that fan should fix the problem
