need help
ok this might sound stupid and all but i have a 00 civic si turbo running six punds of boost with a manifold but to the point my manifold gets that hot that the gasket rubber piece on the dip stick get so hot that oil shoots up on to my hood and motor any ideas how to fix it or some other dip stick that wont make it come loose

Could be anything that has to do with oil return and oil exchange.
Difficult to diagnose without looking at the car.

Boosted motors have more blowby gasses resulting in air flow from the crankcase in excess of what the PCV can handle. Under boost the manifold pressure will slam the PCV closed, leaving it no where else to go, and if the valve is faulty and doesn't seal, youll be sending boost into the crankcase, which really sucks...
A few people around here cut holes in the front of the valve cover and install a ribbed connector for a length of hose to a catch can. It's not uncommon to have to drill 2 or 3 new vents in the valve cover to allow the crankcase pressure to vent. That is also the reason your dipstick come out of the tube.
Look at big diesel trucks, they use locking dipsticks for a reason....
