Im tryin to put my new skunk2 exhaust on and the bolts connecting to the cat are rusted on there bad, does anyone have a way to get them off?
WD-40 or anytype of good screw lose and let it soak, then try again, if that doesn't put a pipe on the end of the wrench and have someone start jumping on it. They are either going to come off or break and you will just have to go get new ones, if they are rusted you should probably get some new ones anyway...
I agree. PB Blaster is the best penetrating oil I've ever used. Blows WD40 out of the water.
But most likely those exhaust bolts are going to snap anyway. The exhaust heat and exposure to the elements tends to really trash them.

I would just cut the old ones with an angle grinder or saws all. Be careful of the ends as the spring is applying force to them. You can clamp vice grips onto the ends to slow their departure when the bolt is cut.
