preferably a longblock but i will consider shortblocks also. im looing for a motor that the rings went bad or needs head work or rod bearings.

fastasleep did the rod damage the block?

my friend has a blown up b16 with out tranny

he says

200 if you take it out.

300 if he has to take it out.
