ITR swap whp?
i have a quick question i was hoping some1 could answer for me. i was talking to a buddy of mine he has an ITR motor swap in his GSR he was tellin me that they put down about 180whp n can gain 220whp w/ jus a few boltons n a tune. can some tell me if this is true i find this hard to believe i can see this being true if it was a K series but not to sure about a B series?

That seems to be a minor exaggeration.
Even to get to 200 HP Dynojet, you're looking at an expensive header, B16 (or higher) pistons, a good computer, and some high temperatures under load.
Some head work will help you get the 200 HP reliably, and you might want to consider bigger injectors and fuel pump in order to be able to lessen the chance of burning #3 cylinder.
Ask me how I know.
I think that with "simple" bolt ons like a good header and intake, you're not going to get 200 HP reliably, not even with a good computer.
It's very easy to get into the 180's with bolt ons, though. And don't underestimate the times a 185 HP car can put down. I remember winning a dyno-simulated 1/4 mile contest with a 13.8 that was put down when the car was in its 185 configuration.
