i am trying to figure out if i can get a chipped ecu with a redline thats higher than my stock 7200 and be ok. i have stock internals, and was told i could go past my stock revlimit and be ok, but i wanted to get other opinions first. i was told a while back i had to upgrade my vlavetrain. can anyone help me ?

not to be a smart a@$ but the stock rev limit is put there by the manufacturer for a reason. The valvetrain usually does fail before anything else unless it is upgraded. My advice to you is to leave the stock rev limit for a stock engine unless you do upgrade the valvetrain.
