Which oil restricter would be the wisest to use for my D16a6 turbo z6 head.

what do you mean?

oil restrictors are for turbo's. If it's a ball bearing, you need it, if not, then you probably dont.
What turbo are you going to use

This one has worked great for me and my turbo. T3 60-1, I have had it for almost 2 years now Great customer service also

I have one and it is adjust able all it is is a valve that u can open and close. It for oil restrictors turbo. Was going to ask what do u think about that style of oil restricter and
what psi should i have it or where should it be opened to. thank
