Default EDIT: Assembling EG dash. (Done) Now Wipers wont turn off.

I remember unplugging this black wire, but don't remember where it goes now. It is a black wire with two sets of white marks on the cable. It has a plastic cap to it. Seems like a ground. Attached are pics of the cable, it's tip and the main dash harness it comes from. Any help would b appreciated.

EDIT: Finished the Dash but now the Wipers will not turn off even when on the off position. Did a search but couldn't narrow down the problem.

believe that wire goes somewhere in the clock/guage cluster area as a ground wire that clip in to the dash frame

i think i found it. i believe that it is a metal tab sticking out the frame. I inserted it and it fit right in. Hopefully that's it.

And no it's not aftermarket.

So I looked unde th dash located on the metal frames/bracket and found a tab sticking out. It looks familiar and the plug fits. What do you think?

The man is correct, goes to the right of the gauge cluster, almost behind a little.

There is also another one for the cigarette lighter.
