For the love of god, no H's in VTEC, its not a fone. You need to use the search tool first, there are plenty of writeups on how to wire up VTEC on your own. As far as i know, there are two wires that run from the ECU out to the head. Ones a ground, the other is for the VTEC solonoid itself.

You should have gotten the P08 ECU when you got the motor. For your car to run right you're gonna have to have P08 maps burned onto the P28 ECU.....Go here...You'll learn much http://www.d-series.org/forums...32597

To answer your question in simplest terns though...
You'll need to run the blue wire (or whichever color is from the plug) to pin D6, and then run the black ground wire from the plug to anywhere on the motor. You then need to run the green wire from the VTEC solenoid to pin A4.
