intakes and keeping the warranty good???
I was just wondering if I did go to an after-market intake what would be good maintenance on my car to help not void the warranty other than cleaning it out?
I know there is no sure fire way to stop a warranty from being voided with one but the lest excuses the dealer has the better chance I have of keeping my car under warranty. and oh I seached for warranty info already and couldn't find any on this topic.

the only way a warranty can be voided by federal law is if the after market part you install is direclty related to the problem caused. so say if i put an exhaust on my car and the headlight blows....thats covered.....but say i put a turbo on and blow the head gasket....thats bad news bears
It is a violation of federal law to void a new car warranty. A warranty can not be voided simply because aftermarket parts are present. The may only deny the warranty claim.

what ever parts you replace the warrenty will not cover...so if you change suspension then the warrenty on that will be voided...it will not void the entire cars warrenty so go for it

Wrong sir.
Warranty cannot be "voided". A warranty claim may be "denied" if an aftermarket part directly leads to the failure of another part or system of the vehicle.
