Default Replacing ECU harness???

How hard is it to replace the wiring harness that plugs into the ECU? I have a 89 Civic Si and I soldered a Fields vtec controller in the harness right before the ECU. I want to throw the Fields controller into a lake! So I would have to remove it and then resolder the wires back together, but I'm curious how hard it would be to just replace the whole harness. The car is already gutted.

Probably more time-consuming than simply soldering the wires back together. That wiring harness reaches pretty wide, all up in your engine bay and front end. If it were me, I'd just re-solder.
