efficent "yes" will the engine blow at 14 psi "HELL YES" just matter of time. and buddy i did mine on 35 psi just for fun because i had a spare engine

Ummm, no?

14 lbs on an H isn't magically going to make it pop. 14 lbs and a shitty tuner then yes.

my stock H22 did great at 14psi with a gt35r. I bent a rod due to god knows what but now its all built and ready for more boost............to answer the question. Yes the GT35r is very efficient on an H22 and spools really quick.

imo the gt35r is the ideal turbo for a slight moded h series it works great !!at 14 psi you should be about 420-450 whp
