ok so im looking at a 95 honda civic, the body has 147,000 miles on it and the engine, and tranny (b16) have 37,000 miles. it has a brand new stage 3 clutch, new exhuast and more, it is selling for $4000. now i guess it had previously been turboed and the bearings in the turbo broke. so the guy had a vtech head on the b20, but i guess it messed up and now he swaped the head back to the original and it is non vtec. and he is putting a new distributer in the car now, should i be worried about this car in general?

the motor is prolly ragged to **** if it was turbo'd then vtec and now back to stock b 20.

 

yeah it seemed kinda sketchy to me but im still trying to decide cause it could be a POS or it could be fine. when it comes down to it what would you do in this situation?
