Default just got my head rebuild questions

i posted something weeks back on how my timing jumped an bent my valves an now i got it rebuild new valves valve springs an retainers now when my car first jumped the timing it was running on 3 cylenders like absulte **** it would die it now idle smoke an i did new head gasket almost every gasket u can do put the head bcak on the timming was perfect not even a hair off new plugs timing belt an tensioner an the peice of **** is doin the same ****** thing again any suggestions cause i havent had my car for 3 weeks an im gooin sickk

yeah when someone installed your timing belt they fucked your timing again.

re-do it, correctly.

if your not doing so already use the manual timing belt tensioner from the h23/f22 and rotate the motor over many mnay times by hand after you reassemble and make sure the bel tisn't walking off. and follow the correct tensioning procedure as per the helms,
