Default Where Is The Clutch Catch Point Supposed to Be??

Hey guys sorry for my ignorance, but just got a stick teg few weeks ago and wonder where the catch point is.

Meaning, when you're at a stop and in 1st gear with the clutch pedal all the way down. How much do you release the pedal til you feel it catch?? Mine catches about 70% up is this normal?? I heard most hondas are like this thanks!!
