with the 06 the way the peg holes are notched in the subframe it doesnt allow for swappage...it doesnt allow the peg to sit flush....hard to explain but i hate the way it wants to fold....hate it.

How'd you do this? Did you pull the engine apart, or just have it powdercoated assembled?

looks like he did the crankcase covers. just take them off,powdercoat, and get new gaskets
by the way the bike looks pretty nice

Well, I read it as engine casings... as in, the cylinders, head, upper/lower cases, etc.
Covers are easy to powdercoat. Block/cylinders/etc are not
