Default CTR interior carpet

I'm looking for a website that sells the CTR replica red carpet mold. I remember a site a little while back, but I have searched through my memory of civic parts websites and no luck.

anyone know of a website?

You're looking for the mold? Or the actual carpet?

It can be had on ebay for ~$300 or you can buy it new for ~$300 on acc carpet's website.

thanks guys... if you had to guess, how much would you expect a professional automotive upholstery shop to charge for the install. I just looked at the website of a really nice upholstery shop thats literally 2 blocks away, but they didnt have prices. They just noted that most carpet installs take 4-6 hours. doesnt sound to cheap

Do it yourself, it's time consuming but it's SO easy.

just rip out all the interior obviously and then the original carpet. Then i have to cut holes for all the brackets, etc. Is the carpet glued down or what? (ACC carpet)

I don't think it's glued down, i've done it in other cars and not glued it down. But if you want, a little weak spray adhesive would be comforting.

either get the OEM carpet and install yourself it is easy!

or if your going to a shop why not just have them put a red carpet in there dose it have to be an oem one?

just needs to be red right?

It really isnt about the color, its about that gross carpet that I want to get rid of. I like the ctr red carpet, but a nice dark black would look just as good I believe. It doesnt have to be any certain manufacture, but I would obviously like it to fit like an oem carpet. Is the carpet glued down?
