hey everyone, i have a few questions. First i have a 95 civic with a 00si swap custom turbo kit i know i have to get it tuned but with baby one the way and working two jobs dont haved alot of time. Is there a way to get the hondata already programed. Please help also i was driving not really getting on it but i bounced it off redline and i saw a big cloud of black smoke come out the exhaust that is the only time i got on it and only time EvER that it hit the redline i am really worried if u can help please

 

dont drive it hard untuned.
Dont even go into boost untuned.

You can get a basemap, but thats only a basemap, and still shoudlnt be driven hard.

Driving it untuned could definitely blow up the engine... Get it tuned and you wont have to worry anymore.

why is this such a difficult concept to so many honda owners?

 

This can get ugly.

 

i really dont understand how they can swap a motor, turbo and then ask why tuning is nesscary?
