thats the only two things that i put on and mite be a problem. My timing is at 14 degrees too. thanks.

 

Are your cam gears set to 0 for both? Have you double and triple checked the timing belt to make sure it's not off by a tooth or two?

 

I'd check timing and valve adjustment before anything else. adjust the valves when the engine is cold to get the right clearances.
