gauge cluster?
i have a 96 civic dx with a h22a in it and a si gauge cluster and i noticed the the spedomemeter is about 10 mph over and i was wondering if it could be adjusted.

You have to get it calibrated to the right speed, a dealer or any shop should be able to do it. I don't know if there is a real accurate way to do it yourself.
