steering wheel is way off
Well today I finally got my skunk2 full coilover installed in my EP
Everything is fine, but my steering is way off to the left like I say 1/3
Anyone had this problem?

make sure your settings are balance and get an alignment
everyone "should" get an alignment after a suspension upgrade
not sure if that's the really problem in your case but its something to think about

I also thought about the alignment. Well this skunk2 is my third setub, before it wasnt this bad it was off just lil bit.

+1 (of many) -- get an alignment.
Here's some additional advice:
If you haven't done so in the past, go to a shop that warranties their alignment jobs. I've gotten several free alignments so far.
Or, you could learn to do it yourself. Google around for some DIYs and tips. That's really the way to go if you want to retune your setup between competition (which, I hope, is why you bought the suspension) and street driving.
