That's the conversion harness, I'm sure you can buy it used for cheaper.
PR4 is the PROPER ECU for a '90-'91 Integra GS/LS. I'm sure you can get away with an OBD-I ECU such as a P06 which wouldn't require any harness (just plug and play).
Somebody else can correct me, I think that used the D16A1 - That should work with a P06 ECU, but that's like using the LS ECU w/ the B20, the proper ECU is still the B20 ECU, but the LS works fine
.
PR4 is proper, you could probably get away with a P06.

Umm, sorta, the dizzy will work, but you have to re-wire the dizzy plug.
Chop the plug end off a 5g ('92-'95) civic motor and re-wire the wires coming out of the dizzy into that plug using a match diagram, then it'll plug right up.
Also, get the injectors out of the B7, I don't think the ones on ur '91 'teg motor will fit into the harness.
Lemme go see if i can find a diagram for ya for the dizzy.

I can't find anything, but if you search around you can find the diagram.
Now that I think of it, I'm PRETTY SURE (though not positive) that your B7 dizzy will bolt up to the 'teg motor.
If not, you just need to chop the plug off a 5g civic and re-wire it using one of those diagrams, they're all over the place, but I can't locate one right now.
