maintenance help
what have you done already? If you just got the car, I would check everything.
Air filter
Fuel Filter
PCV valve
Plugs
Wires
Cap
Rotor
Timing belt
Serpentine Belt
Tire Pressure
Oil Change
Valve adjustment
Lots of things that could be checked over, depends on what has already been done to the car.

i did changed the air filter, fuel filter, oil change. I have no idea abt the valve adjustment, Serpentine Belt and pcv valve, how should I do with those?
accord faq can answer your tune up questions.. many of us can answer in detail but it can get lengthy.. just search or use the accord faq at the top of the page..

The PCV is the one going on top of your valve. It has a hose connected to the intake manifold. Since your Accord is kinda high mileage, I would just replace it. But to check it, pull it out of it's rubber grommet and shake it. If it rattles, it is good. If it rattles a little, kinda sticky, use carb spray and spray into it. If it doesn't move at all, replace.
Belts, check for crack, inspect the belt. See if theres proper tension. I think 1" deflection up and down from the longest between 2 pulleys.
Valve adjustment is in the Accord FAQ
