Opnions well i found a cheap block for a b16a2 2000 just needs 3 pistons to be resleeved or something like that for a 100 bucks....good deal or bad? I want to get a B series but a whole motor is pretty expensive so is it worth getting like a block and a head separate and at the same time reNEW parts? or is better buying a whole swap?

 

my opinon, save your money.
b16s are getting cheaper to come by.
and peicing together a b16 seems more hassle than its worth.

 

No. If someone blew a 2000 engine up then they probably beat on it REALLY bad. Who knows what else may go/be wrong with it once you get it. Get a working engine IMO.

 

save your money up and just buy a entire swap. it will be alot easier and less of a headache.

 

hmmm i wouldnt mess with it i would save up some money also you want to go B series but what are your plans to go all motor or boost?
