Yes, that is a real Exedy clutch. ClutchCityOnline is a reputable seller. I have bought 2 clutches from them. I will only buy from them.

That could be caused by improper installation.

Depends on how much power you plan to put down. The stock clutch holds pretty well. It defintely holds better than what most people give it credit for. It's a great clutch for all-motor setups though. It would be better to go with a stronger clutch if you plan to turbo the car.

ebay = trash, don't buy anything internal like that on ebay they are usually manufacture defects, I bought one from aimcoclutch and when I was doing a rear sell replacement I noticed the disc had two cracks near the rivets on it after 10k miles

clucthcityonline is a great seller for clutches...they are actually one Ebayer that is great!
as for using that clutch for the power youre planning on putting down...i wouldnt. i would deffinately go for something more agressive and stronger. I personally would never use ACT but some people swear by them. I had that clutch in my lude and once i started making more power it just gave up...with only about 20k on it.
are you planning to track the car or drag the car or just daily it? those are all things to think about when buying a clutch because you dont use the same setup for all three.
