ok ive tried everything that i think that it could be with noting getting better so i thought i would come on here and see if someone could help me. my car has been sitting all winter and it ran fine when i parked it to put a turbo kit on it. well anyways car wont idle right when it is cold it will stay idling but the motor just up and down. then when it warms up it will jump up and down but wont stay idling. i have checked vaccum lines, eavc, tps, o2 sensor the fast idle valve and nothing has helped it at all. o and for some reason when the rpms jump down the main relay clicks and the rpms jump back up. if anyone would help that would be great. if u need anymore information let me no. thanks. also when i try to drive the car it just randomly cuts out like it dies and then comes right back.

 

since you are turbo what were you tuned with? has the ecu been chipped? are you obdo or obd1?

 

Someone had the same problem... does it happen when ure going like 30 and you put in the clutch does the rpms drop then raise up to 1 grand then up to 2... Some had this problem when there alternator was going.. mine does that when i put 89 pump gas in it but when i put 93 it runs fine..

 

it does it anytime when i drive it it doesnt matter when ill just be driving it and it will like fall right on its face and come back. the car is obdo and i have basemaps from xenocron.
