I am dealing with a theft recovery and I am just wondering if this 98 LS Cabin Harness will work, the existing harness is hacked from when they pulled out the motor. The cabin harness is the harness that feeds into the engine bay from the firewall and it connects under the dash.

Trust me I have searched. I need help!!!

my friend tried putting an obd 2 (under the dash harness) into a 96 and it wouldn't work so i would say no but i am not a hundred percent sure (he said some of the plugs were totally different

 

Yeah I found a 94 LS harness it should plug right up.
