1998 accord fault codes. I have a 98 V6 4 door accord. Check engine light is on. Code is P1457. Evaporative emission control system leak in canister. I put a hand pump vacuum gauge on the can and no leak. If I clear the code it takes a little while to come back on. Any ideas? Thanks

 

yeah it should take 2 drive cycles to throw the code. emission codes are like that.
