i have a problem. i went to give my boys 2000 honda civic si a tune up, wires, plugs, rotor and cap. reals imple. but one problem, when i went to turn on the car it turns over gives a little put but dosent start. i checked and there is no spark? any ideas? i thought maybe since the last time the car got a tune up was sssooo long ago that maybe the distributor went or the module. please contact me with info if u can help. thanks

 

well since it ran before and its only 7 years old id say you put something on wrong.

did you put the plug wires in the incorrect order...........?

theres a specific pattern they go in...

You need to retrace your steps man.

 

this just happened to me on my EG, turned out to be my ICM ... good luck

 

If you got the wires wrong it will still start, it will just misfire.

 

just re-check your work. That would be a good first step of action
