I bought a LS/VTEC motor swap last year and I have had nothing but bad luck with the swap. Ok so here is my question. I had a timing belt failure about a month ago and it bent all of my exhaust valves. Not to bad. The swap came with a built head and a stock bottom end. I know it has Crower stage II cams and it has aftermarket valves, double springs and retainers. So I asked the guy that I bought the swap from what the brand name the parts that he used in the head and of course it was like talking to a brick wall. Do the aftermarket valves use the factory valve keepers or are they different. I want to ferra valves in the head but im not sure if my current components will work with those new valves? the keepers should be the same...i am pretty sure
