it would help if you said what was wrong with the body...pictures would be good too. Usually at this day and age, people try to get shells/EF's that are in mint/good condition so they don't have to deal with all the rust and dents/dings.
If you got the car for 150 I would imagine it would be in pretty bad shape, I'm guessing you meant 125000 miles.
If you want to do a b16 swap, and if your HF is stock, your going to need to convert from DPFI to MPFI to start. Then mounts, linkage, axles, ECU, and so on.
Good luck.

what?...
HF's are MPFI...so don't worry about about any fuel injection conversions...you're just gonna be running a few extra wires to your new ECU if you're staying obd0.
Being an HF you will need Si hubs/knuckles i believe..its been a while i skimmed through the HF->b series requirements..but thats about it..besides the already mentioned needed items such as: mounts..linkage...etc. etc.

MPFI was a key feature along with many others, how the HF achieved such amazing gas mileage numbers. And they used the PM8 ecu i believe

so the only trim for 2nd gen CRX's that were DPFI were DX's then?
