Default CEL code 16 and 41

Hey everyone i just downloaded crome today to run on my car as i recently changed my set up. I have a 2000 Integra Type R and up to two weeks ago i had a jackson racing supercharger on it and it was tuned with neptune. It also had DSM 450cc injectors. Anyways i pulled the supercharger and i have been in the process of converting my car back to N/A. I found a stock ITR basemap on xenocron that i am planning to use. So i borrowed a emulator and downloaded crome. Since the car was already wired for DSM 450's with the resister box I did a little looking and from what i found the non turbo DSM 240's were also peak and hold injector. I figured since i have dsm clips and the resister box i wouldn't have to change any wiring for the injectors. well today when i loaded the map onto my ecu It brought up Code 16 for the fuel injectors, and also Code 41 for the o2 sensor heater. I did some more research and found that the dsm 240's arn't peak and holds but they are saturated like the stock Honda injectors. So i pulled off the resister box and soldered the wires of the dsm clips back into the stock wiring harness. after i did that i started the car and i am still getting the code 16 and code 41. What did i do wrong. Will my car not work with the dsm clips on my wiring harness with the dsm injectors? do i have to wire back in honda clips and my stock injectors? any help will be appreciated. also what do i do about that code 41. when i was running the dsm 450s and neptune i never had ether of those CEL's. Please help. I need to fix it asap.

That's a bit complicated for the number of 's I have in me right now. First, reset the ECU by removing the battery cable for 30 seconds, to clear the codes. I won't guess at fuel mapping with that setup, but If it runs, you can use it a little. Be aware you may be dumping fuel with the big injectors, which will wash your cylinders, and that ain't good for longevity.

Sensor heater is puzzling, assuming no changes other than stated were made. Only guess (wild) at the moment is you are way rich, and the heater may have clogged with carbon. I'll have to think on this in the am when my head is clear. Hopefully someone else can assist til then.

yeah im puzzled with the code 41 o2 sensor heater too cause i dont even have a o2 sensor hooked up right now. i have a aem wideband and its not wired to the ecu. i even have the o2 sensor and the heater turned off on the crome map i've loaded on the emulator.

with the injectors i wired the dsm clips just like the honda ones would be wired. and the dsm injectors in the car are the same flow rating as the stock hondas (240cc) so the car shouldnt be running rich. the wideband has the a/f's right where they should be at idle. is the problem running obd1 dsm injectors and clips on the obd2 harness?

i'm gonna reset the ecu and reload the map when i get home from work to see if that will clear the codes. but any more help would be appreciated. thanks.
